How I can draw the intensity of the electric field in a resonator (or more) of a wave guide?

I have extracted the necessary data structure of the waveguide and the value of the electric field at each point. The problem is that both the X, Y and Z value to the electric field vector have 4108 rows by one column.
Some people have told me they represent the "contour" function, but it takes a matrix whose size is at least 2x2. Use the "surf" function could be perhaps a solution, but "z must be a matrix, not a scalar or vector".
Another point to consider is that I'm only interested draw the electric field intensity color (full color area) and the cavity in 2D and 3D.
If someone can give me a solution would really appreciate it.
