Fuzzy Logic inputs coefficients

How can i put a coefficient for each input to emphasize their different importance?

I have entered 4 inputs and their range is determined based on the number of questions done and the points given in the questionnaires for each input (evaluation range was 1 to 5 for each question). For exmpl. for the 1st input are asked 2 questions and for the 3rd input are asked 6 questions and for each question can be given 1 to 5 points). After consulting with professionals results that the importance of the inputs is depending in the number of the questions but normally each input should affect according to the proffecionals given average.

How can i make this difference for the inputs?
