How to find Equivalent Frequency of Signal

Hello,
As shown in the attached picture and SIMULINK model,
I have two signals of different frequency First signal has frequency of 3 khz with 70% duty and 620 amplitude. Another signal is having 2.67 kHz frequency with 70% duty and 620 A.
After ANDing the two signals, the resulting signal will be totally different in frequencies. Can you help me in finding the frequency of resulting signal?
