FAR Vs. FRR and ROC Curve

Hello,
I am working on project of iris recognition and I want to graph the FAR Vs. FRR also, the ROC curve. I've tried to do it my self meany times and unfortunately failed I have FAR = 0 and FRR = 0 , Which means that the recognition rate is RR at 100% and the threshold = 7200 .
Please help me to understand how to draw the graphs efficiently.
