initial guess and mesh point for bvp4c

Hi , can anybody help me that what is best and reliable way to choose mesh point and initial guess for system of nonlinear ode with semi infinite domain. As i have read lot of example solved by bvp4c , but did not find the trick for mesh point and initial guess. I would appreciate if someone help me with example. Thanks

You will have to invest a little time and test by "trial and error".
