Help with this question

Swapping and Sorting Write a function to sort the elements in an array. The function takes two inputs, the array to be sorted and the order of sorting (ascending or descending). The output will be the vector sorted in the requested order. Note: Do not use in-built functions such as sort.You are expected to write your own logic.
