Why scatter3 and isosurface use different axis?

1 view (last 30 days)
Hi,
I work with 3d volume images. For example, if I have an image Img and want to visualize a point (x,y,z) inside it, then I need to use isosurface(Img) with scatter3(y,x,z) to make sure the visualization is correct. Why?
Thanks, Mengliu
