Calling CUDA library functions from Matlab

2 views (last 30 days)
Hi Everybody,
I am trying to reduce the time it takes to do some sparse matrix vector multiplications by using my GPU. I found this documentation on doing exactly that: http://www.nvidia.com/docs/IO/66889/nvr-2008-004.pdf
on the NVIDIA website. However, I am confused about how I to call the CUDA code from Matlab. I think what I need to do is to compile it into a .mex file, but I'm having trouble with accomplishing this. Plus, I'm not sure in what format MATLAB stores sparse matrices. Can anyone give me some guidance on this, or point me to a good example which would outline it for me?
