Random direction mobility model

Well I am programming a code in matlab aboute a one point that moves using random direction into a circule. Well the random direction say that when point reach the limit of area, the point must change it angle between 0-180. I have a validation when the point reach the limit but I do not know how to change angle and continue to the process
