Problems Copying graphs on word

Hi everyone!

I made a lot of graphs on matlab, but I have problems copying them on Word. This because when I paste them on Word, it appears a lot of space like part of the graph that don't let me adjust very well the graph on the Word page.

And if I use Paint to take out this inservible space, the quality of the image diminishes.

I would like to know if there is a fast way to eliminate this inservible space (And do it automatically, not manually).
