It appears that the functionality has been moved into the product "MATLAB Compiler SDK" (formerly it was NET Builder).

The very broad outline documentation is at http://www.mathworks.com/products/matlab-compiler-sdk/ . Unfortunately all details of that are on web pages that require that the product be associated with your license or that you have a support contract (which I no longer have.)

And I cannot answer that question directly as I do not have access to that toolbox. But if you go to the above page then down near the bottom left there will be an area you can click marked "Documentation", and one of the available topics there will be about functions supported for code generation.

Your question is a bit broad in that there are a lot of different toolboxes, so providing the complete list of functions supported or not would be extensive. If you had particular toolboxes in mind then it might be easier to answer about those, potentially.
