.atc file to .txt

I was wondering if anyone has encountered any MATLAB software that is capable of converting .atc files into .txt or .csv?

You are going to have to give more information about what the ATC file is from. I did a quick search and the first hits for ATC file are for AutoCAD tool pallete files (XML based) ... which I can't think of why you would want to do anything with them in Matlab.

So what is an ATC file? What made it? Is it binary? Can you provide a sample? Is the file format/structure documented anywhere?
