How to expand a graph?

I have a (2D) contour graph which represents the power efficiency of a motor. However, for one motor model, the contour graph is shifted to the right but the shape is still maintained. Is there a way I can shift it to the right and still maintain the shape (ie expand it) in MATLAB? Thank you.

When you say that it is shifted to the right, are you talking about just on how it is plotted on the display?
