CDMA Blockset EOL causing issues with old file

I have an MDL file that was written in Matlab 6.5 (R13) before the CDMA blockset was EOL'd. I am now using R2015 and the file has numerous broken blocks due to missing cdmalib blocks.
Upgrade advisor has failed to help in upgrading this file to work with the current version and I am hoping you can offer some help in easily bringing this old file up to date to run in R2015.
