Hi Sir/Madam
I'm carrying out my project on Compressed Sensing Algorithms . I Conducted using Measurement dictionary. Now I have to do the same using Sensing Dictionary. Can you please suggest or give me a brief idea on "How to construct a Sensing Dictionary"
