Could you explain in more detail? I am having difficulty understanding your wording.
The C6713 has been supported in the past, and is still supported in the latest versions.

Wei: You have previously asked a very similar question at http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/21765-how-to-interface-simulink-model-to-my-c6713-dsk-board
Was the answer not sufficient? If yes, it is recommend that you comment on it and ask for clarification since it seems like a related question.
I'm not sure if I understand your question completely, but the support/functionality for all TI targets within Simulink is unchanged, except for the fact that is has now been bundled in with the Embedded Coder product. You do still need CCS as before to be able to compile and download models to TI targets.
