How to do graph cut minimization for Image restoration?

I am trying to restore the visibility of underwater image so that its restored version will be more clear. While searching over the internet i found that we can use the Graph Cut minimization or optimization for restoration purpose. I wish to have demo code samples. Please do provide further references for it.
