How can I calculate the difference in angle orientation of two accelerometers?

I'm trying to calculate the angle between an accelerometer that is placed on the hip, and one that is placed on the sternum. The problem is that I do not have a transformation matrix. The data I have is 3D accelerometer data and 3D Gyroscopedata. So can somebody help me to calculate the angle difference over the course of time??
