I am using bounding box for color detection in live video.i want to increase the size of bounding box as the red color object increases in size is there any such method??

What is your bounding box? Is that an ROI that you examine before you've found your color region? Or is that the bounding box of the color region after you've found it?

Check the width and height of the current bounding box against the size of the old bounding box:
if bbCurrent(3) > bbPrior(3) || bbCurrent(4) > bbPrior(4)
% Box got bigger....
