I HAVE A IMAGE,IT SHOULD BE SEGMENTED USING SVM CLASSIFIER AND THEN CHANGE SHOULD BE DETECTED USING MRF.SINCE I'M A BIGGINER I DONT KNOW HOW TO START IT.COULD ANYONE HELP ME?
