A = Set(handle, 'string', A);
Above the code work in Matlab 2014b Version, but! didn't work in 2013 version matlab. it there any solution using that code in 2013 version Matlab??

That is not documented as being possible for R2014b or for R2013. If you call set() with an output variable then there must be only one input (the handles) or two inputs (handles and property names). If you have more than two input arguments for set() then there must not be any output variable.
The semantics for set() and get() have not changed between R2013* and R2014b.
