recognize important features/columns from table

I have a list with specific values of a series of objects. In this case the values are the statistic of certain building polygons overlay on an aerial photograph. The quest I have is to identify which of the statistic values are relevant to find buildings on the photograph that are not in the polygon overlay.
Can anyone help me start to identify the right statistics from the table?
