Trouble using Datafeed toolbox to obtain Yahoo Finance data for certain ticker symbols, especially indices such as ^SP600

for some reason I am unable to fetch data from Yahoo for symbols such as ^SP600. However, ^GSPC works fine. I have not been able to determine why. I cannot find an alternate for ^SP600. Has anyone had any luck with this?? I have found solutions for ^SP1500, ^SP400, AND ^SP100 (which also do not work). But I cannot find an alternate symbol that works for ^SP600.
