How to increase the number of feature vectors for classification???

Hello everybody...

i have i have data set consist of 40 number of feature vector (40 rows), and when i devide into training set and test set, some labels (classes) are not included in the test data and even training data sometimes or versa, since the number of classes is big ( these 40 vectors are for 9 classes). this is because the number of feature vectors are not enough, is there any method to increase the number of feature vectors???? any help please

Include more samples in your set. There is one feature vector per sample, so it's obvious: you need more samples.
