xPC target (Real time Simulink) in Matlab R2013a does not show "Host PC Root" when the command xpcexplr is run

Hi everyone,

I'm quite new to the XPC target environement.

I have been trying to set up a simple XPC target communication between a host and target PC using RS232 communication. And after typing the command "xpcexplr" I can't seem to get the Host PC Root part at all. I just get the default target PC.

Also I can't run the "xpcsetup" command.

I have installed a compiler using xpcsetCC -setup.

I'm using Matlab 2013a and xpc target 5.4 version.
