Removing black border in subplot images? (Without removing title)

I have the following jpeg which was made via subplot. All the boxes have blacklines around them, how do I get rid of them without removing the title.

Also would appreciate any recomendations for another function besides subplot that could maybe change image size (That's also a big problem for me, images come out too small)
