Obtain p-value, Type I error and Type II errors for F-test and Chisq-test

Hi, I need to compare the performance of different tests for comparing the equality of regression coefficients in multivariate cases and am wondering are there any matlab codes avail for me to calculate their p-values, type I error and type II errors?

http://www.mathworks.com/help/toolbox/stats/bq_w_hm.html#bq_w_ie-16 lists all the hypothesis tests available in the statistics toolbox, and if you look at ttest2 for example, one of the outputs is the p-value. The errors could then be calculated quite easily using the estimated data and the known data.
