How can I publish All plots individually in a GUI

Hello,
I am trying to publish the results I am getting from a GUI that has multiple plots on different axes in a Matlab GUI. I was wondering how this can be done? Currently when I use the publish function, it publishes the entire figure to the pdf that I specify. I would like it to have each axis in the pdf separately.
