What is the equivalent of iddata and spa function (available in system identification toolbox) in Signal Analysis toolbox?

Can we store time domain data in matlab2012a using alternate to iddata? Is there a spectral anaylsis function similar to spa or spafdr in Signal analysis toolbox?
