3D interpolation with million points

Dear all, I have dataset for kidney surface in 3D(more than 3 million points in space), Unfortunately these data don't exist in specific region(when I plotted it with plot3, I found it). I was wondering if anyone could help me for this interpolation problem at reconstructing kidney surface. any help greatly appreciated. Best Regards

Please provide more detail. Exactly how is the data currently stored in your variable(s)?
