How to add complex white gaussian noise to a complex signal?

How to add complex white gaussian noise with spectral density=N0 to a complex signal? Here is my code but I'm not sure whether it is correct or not. Can anyone help me?
n=sqrt(N0/2)*(randn(1,length(s))+1i*randn(1,length(s)));
