Excel Dialog Box By-Pass

When using the function img2xlsx.m written by H K.Berg, and importing images into an existing workbook, it always pops up the question dialog box: "A file named 'blahblah.xlsx' already exist in this location. Do you want to replace it?" 'YES','NO', or 'CANCEL'
Is there a way, or some code to block that message or say YES?
