Invalid Subsystem Handle Error in Analog Input

I am trying to follow the MatLab Code in this pdf: http://www.datatranslation.eu/datafiles/whitepapers/MATLAB_DT9837_Vibration.pdf
to configure my data translation device to read analog inputs. But, I have reached this error. Can someone explain it to me?
