PDE Coefficients for Master's Thesis problem

Hi,

I have some difficulty setting up the c coefficient code for the problem attached as the examples on the website don't match this one. I would be grateful if anyone could show me how to setup the c coefficient code for this matrix, in addition to validate the a,f & d coefficients that I've already setup.

what I've done with the other coefficients is substitute the values of the model parameters and used the char function for the y and d/dy strings.
