Automatic naming of "Inport" and "Outport" names to match signal names

Hi,

I have Bus signals in Simulink that have all been named with unique names. I would like the "Inport" and "Outport" names (in a subsystem or at top level) to follow the signal names. Is there any shortcut or automated process to achieve this? I have hundreds of signal with quite long names. It will take me days to manually input port names to all of them.
