Extracting data from a huge MAT file

Hi, I'm new to MATLAB and I need to extract tables with the format 33x33 from a huge MAT file (33x33x1000). Is there any way that I can do it? Thanks

Attach your .mat file.

Use the ‘paperclip’ (or ‘staple’) icon, then complete both the ‘Choose file’ and ‘Attach file’ steps.

Before sending it, I must compress the file; I've tried with WinRar but it doesn't accept .rar files; then with WinZip but it's still too heavy
