Measuring force and EMG, with a powerlab 16sp in real time, providing visual feedback using matlab?

I am designing an experiment that involves electrical stimulation of peripheral muscles and magnetic stimulation of the brain. For this experiment I am measuring EMG and Force production using a Powerlab 16sp DAQ. I would like to know if it is possible to use the measurements in real time, in order to provide feedback of the force production to the participants. Specifically I would like to create a graphic or scale that shows participants the desired force range. The Powerlab works with LabChart, but I do not think I will be able to program the rest of the experiment with this software. Please advise. If this is not possible with MATLAB any advice on how to accomplish this task would be welcome.
