I have written a MATLAB GUI using GUIDE and upon completion I want to make it into a file that can be run and used anywhere (including on a computer that does not have MATLAB installed). Is this possible? If so, how?

In the Matlab command window, type
deploytool
A window will pop up giving you several options, but you want to select 'Standalone Application.' From there its pretty self-explanatory. Enter in your information as you would like it to be displayed, and make you add all the files necessary for your Application to function. Good luck!

Note that this requires the MATLAB Compiler product. That product is available for Academic and Commercial licenses, but not for Student or Home licenses. I suspect it is not available for MOOC licenses either.
