how to detect leptomeningeal tumor in cerebrospinal fluid

I have to detect leptomeningeal metastases tumor in CSF it get visible with power-law and logarithmic transformation method however I have to do segmentation of tumor in MRI images. could you give any proposal any method(s) to detect this tumor area. thank you for considerations...
