Errors on several installation of Matlab 2014a

1 view (last 30 days)
Dear all, we have a site licence of Matlab and never had an issue with it. Recently, we start to have problems with the release 2014a that has been installed on a couple of computers. Calling imfill, Matlab return an error about 'ipplmex.mexw64', module not installed. However, the library is there. PCs are Win7 64bit and MAtlab 64 bit seems properly installed otherwise.
I see this question posted over the internet a few times, but I could not find a reply.
Any advice?
Kind regards,
Alessandro

Dear Walter,
I am not sure that this is really relevant for our issue. The MEX file is not programmed by me, but it is Matlab installation that does not work properly.
Am I missing something?
Cheers,

Yes, you are missing a dll called from the .mex64 file. That causes the .mex64 to fail to load when it is called upon.
