Dear friend, I have a video(a reaction happening in a vessel) in which colors are changing cyclically from red to blue and the cycle continues for an hour.How can I catch the colors in matlab with respect to time. I mean I have to plot a graph at what time red color is appearing and what time blue color is appearing.
