How to adjust axes?

I want to force the maximum y-axis to 30 so that all y values will would be displayed up to 30 and also, with minimum ticks of 5 and major ticks increasing by 10

Great. if the data is less than the min and max, for example -0.3 to 0.3, instead of displaying -0.6 and 0.6 at the extreme ends of the y-axis it shows example -0.4 and 0.4. I am using subplot to plot 3 different graph
