Change the association of .mat files from Microsoft Access to Matlab.

Hi,
I want to associate matlab2012 to .mat files in Windows 7. I followed these instructions http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/103000#answer_112346 Matlab is not proposed in the programs list, then I click browse. Which file should I choose in the folder C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2012a ? There are only folders in this folder, no program file.
