Questions in Stripline plot

Hello All I am trying to make some clear figure by using 3D stripline plot as shown below, but I cannot find out the corresponding Matlab commend, I try to use surface command, but the lines are combined, is there any method to get the similar plot in Matlab? Thank you!

The MATLAB version is the ribbon plot.
