matrix A with those elements above, and all the elements have connected with their closest elements. we have 0.8147 with its closest elements are 0.632, 0.9058, and 0.0975. We are concern to the first number 0.8147 which can be change because the influence of the avarage of those closest elements. The avarage number replaces the 1st number, and it continously happens on each elements that we're concern.
