Did this start happening suddenly, or did it start happening with a new installation?

Is it only disp() that is reported, or is it a lot of routines that are reported?

What does

which -all disp

report?

Search your code for disp. If it does not appear you can ignore it. I get the same warning about using the format function and nowhere in my code do I use a function called format so I'm not sure why it thinks I do. Mathworks technical support said to ignore it. I do and I don't have any problems.
