how to implement delay to a real signal and calculate its conj complex ,i have an algorithm but it is very slow

1 view (last 30 days)
for m = 1:N
s = zeros(1,N2m1);
s(N-(m-1):N2m1-(m-1)) = F; %try applying window here
s = conj(fliplr(s)).*s;
s = s(1:N);
tfft = abs(fft(s));
end
please suggest me a different method because i have to work it out on atleast 500000 samples together but this algorithm works for only 5000 samples at a time

i need to generate to code to implement WIGNER-Ville distributions for real signals of very large data size and in the code above F = analytic signal of the real signal and 'N' equals length of analytic signal and 'N2m1' = 2*N-1.. hope this helps for ur understanding
