BFSK and QAM modulations

For a 8-quadrature amplitude modulation system, with the following input bit sequence S = {101 101 001 101 1000}, given a mark frequency of 99kHz and a space frequency of 101kHz and a bit rate of 10kbps. Use only one reference carrier oscillator, sin wct and utilize only +90°. How can I design this system using Matlab? Can anyone provide me with the matlab coding or any relevant information? thank you.
