How to generate non-equal solution vector?

Hello, I am using ga (genetic algorithms) with integer variables. The variables are bound to 1-4. I want all of the out put solutions be unique i.e. non of them be similar to each other, like this one [1 3 4 2]. But when I run ga toolbax, the out put is something like: [2 3 3 1] which is not favorable because it contains two 3 and does not include number 4.
