I am trying to import a Matlab data file into Dymola. In Dymola's import window, I click on the file name, but then it also says, "select matrix from file," as if it wants the variable's name. Although I do have a variable name, it doesn't show up in Dymola's text box. Any thoughts?
(Pic 1 is a data file that does show the variable name, so it will import. Pic 2 is my data file that I want to import, but without a variable name showing up, so I can't import. )

If the .mat file shows up as non-empty, I would next check to see if it was saved as -v7.3 -- it is possible that the software package is only able to read -v7 .mat files.
